Lathlain Playgroup offers an annual membership for a whole family that works out to be less than $4 per session!



Full family membership includes compulsory Playgroup WA (PGWA) insurance and the cost to join is $185 from 1 February – 31 January.  Fees are calculated on a pro-rata basis for new families joining part way through the year.

 

This fee is paid per family/carer and allows our playgroup to cover the costs of running the building and providing playgroup services and equipment. We have an Early Bird special at the beginning of the year which saves members $20 off the annual fee. Half price playgroup memberships are provided to valid concession card holders.

 

Members who leave Playgroup during the year are refunded part of the membership fee on a pro-rata by term basis. Please note that the PGWA insurance portion of the fee ($35 for members and $15 for concession holders) is non-refundable.

 

If you are currently a member of another playgroup you are able to transfer your insurance.

 

Your membership includes:

• Placement with families of children of similar age if spaces available

• One payment for the whole family

• School aged children welcome in holidays

• Membership with Playgroup WA

• Tea and coffee

• Ability to hire the venue for children’s birthday parties

• Access to community events across the year including the free Christmas Carnival

 

how to join

1. Contact us via the Playgroup WA enquiry form to arrange a trial visit (depending on spaces available)

2. Attend your two trial sessions and let the Day Leader know if you’d like to sign up.

3. Our Membership Coordinator will then email you a link to the confirmation form. Complete the form and submit your annual membership fee, payment is made via the form.
